About the Opportunity
We're looking for a full time Booking Centre Agent to join our friendly team at Apex Radiology in O'Connor. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers-playing an essential role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of booking slots
Providing patients with clear information on scan preparation, costs, and concession eligibility
Processing patient referrals and coordinating with internal clinical teams
Working closely with radiologists, technicians, and admin colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintaining accuracy in patient data entry and handling confidential information with care
What We're Looking For
A strong 'patient-first' approach with excellent customer service skills
Confident communicator who is calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused
High level of attention to detail, especially in administrative and data entry tasks




Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and booking systems
Experience in a medical or allied health administration setting (radiology experience highly regarded)
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
