What You'll Be Doing
Every day will be different. You'll use your carpentry skills to maintain, repair and improve a range of client assets while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
You'll:
Complete
planned and reactive carpentry maintenance
Undertake repairs and general carpentry works
Maintain commercial, retail and community facilities to a high standard
Identify faults and use your initiative to solve problems efficiently
Work safely and in line with relevant standards and service requirements
Coordinate with utilities, contractors and service providers when required




Complete jobs with minimal disruption to occupants and customers
Assess job requests and ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on every job
What'll Bring
We're looking for a qualified Carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety.
You'll need:
Trade Certificate in
Carpentry or equivalent
– mandatory
Current
Driver's Licence
– mandatory
Construction Induction Card (
White Card
)
1–3 years' experience in commercial, retail or facilities maintenance carpentry
Strong workmanship and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Current cleared Police Check and approved medical – mandatory
Highly regarded:
First Aid Certificate
