You will manage a diverse patient caseload, support acute and chronic disease management, coordinate continuity of care, and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of local communities.The role also includes maintaining accurate clinical records, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting the supervision and development of junior medical staff and students.
