Be part of Australia's most loved serviced apartment hotel brand. We're looking for a reliable and guest-focused team member to join our hotel in a weekend guest services and reception role. This position is primarily supporting our hotel and guests during the busy weekend CBD periods to make sure their stay is flawless, smooth and exceptional.
Our reception is open 7 days per week 7am to 10pm.
Shifts are split 7am - 3pm and 3pm to 10pm, 7 days.
Must be available to assist on weekends (Friday-Sunday) with a view to work 3-5 days/week.
Availability across all shifts to support the team as needed is necessary. A minimum 15 hours will be provided, with up to 30+ hours during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and skilled attitude
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Resolve guest requests and ensure an exceptional guest experience
Assist with general administration and daily Front Office operations
About you




Previous hotel Front Office experience is essential
Strong guest-focused attitude to make sure our guests have the best experience possible
