About the role
You're more than a Sales Assistant — you're a product expert, cooking enthusiast and Tefal brand ambassador. You'll help customers discover the right cookware and electrical cooking products for their needs, from everyday essentials to the perfect gifts for family and friends. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to make cooking easier, smarter and more enjoyable.
Key responsibilities
Create memorable and personalised experiences for every customer
Discover customer needs and recommend the right Tefal products and solutions
Share your passion for cooking, cookware and innovative electrical appliances




Demonstrate product features and benefits and help customers understand how Tefal can make cooking easier
Deliver warm, engaging and knowledgeable customer service
Maintain a beautiful, organised and festive-ready store
Support merchandising, stock replenishment and general store operations
Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional, high-energy customer experience
Contribute to team sales targets and celebrate success together

Naturally warm, engaging and confident
Passionate about customer experience, cooking and quality products
Sales-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
Comfortable demonstrating products and talking to customers
Energised by a rapid-paced, high-volume retail environment
A positive and enthusiastic team player
Someone who enjoys learning about products and sharing your knowledge
Available to work across weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays during the peak festive period
