About the Venue
The Premier Hotel is a well-loved Broadmeadow local, and it is entering an exciting current chapter. The venue is undergoing a major renovation, including a brand new kitchen opening [soon / date]. This is a rare chance to join at the very start, help set up a fresh kitchen and be part of the team shaping our food offering from day one.
About the Role
We are seeking casual Chefs to support our Head Chef and kitchen team in delivering quality pub food in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
Employment:
Casual, with regular hours of [20 to 38] per week
Pay:
Casual rates under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), including casual loading and all applicable penalties for weekends and public holidays
Experience:
Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen across sections such as [Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder]
