Baptist World Aid Australia is seeking a Head of People to lead our people, volunteers, and culture strategy from Sydney. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape workforce planning and governance, and drive initiatives across 80 staff and 15+ volunteers.
This role will implement an HRIS (Employment Hero), develop policies, ensure compliance with employment law, WHS, and psychosocial safety, and coach managers to foster an inclusive workplace.
