Senior Marketing and Communications Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Head Office team based in Rhodes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will lead marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications across our Business.
You will strengthen our market presence, ensure consistent branding and deliver marketing initiatives that support client engagement, retention and business growth. As the Bidvest Australia integration progresses, you will play a key role in implementing refreshed branding and supporting clear communication across the Group.
This position suits someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, manages competing priorities effectively and builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the Group marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned with commercial priorities and the integration programme.
Define market positioning, target audiences, campaign strategies and marketing channels for each brand.
Develop and maintain brand identity, tone of voice and style guidelines.
Work with branding agencies to develop refreshed branding, creative concepts, templates and launch materials.
Lead brand rollouts across proposals, capability statements, presentations, digital channels, signage and uniforms.
Manage the Group's communications and social media strategy, including content calendars, editorial direction and channel performance.
Create or commission content, including case studies, white papers, client communications and campaign materials.
Support internal communications throughout the integration programme.
Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, Bid Production, Estimating and operational teams to develop materials that support winning, retaining and growing business.




Act as a senior marketing adviser to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with senior leaders across the Group.
Manage agencies, designers, suppliers and approved budgets to ensure quality, value and timely delivery.
Monitor and report on marketing performance against agreed commercial outcomes.
About You:
You are a confident communicator with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills. You can translate business priorities into effective marketing activities and move comfortably between strategic planning and hands‐on delivery.
Experience within a multi‐site, service-based or regulated environment.
Experience supporting business integration or complex change communications.
Experience using HubSpot.
Requirements:
Five or more years of senior B2B marketing and communications experience.
Proven experience leading multi‐brand positioning, rebranding or brand rollouts.
Strong capabilities across brand strategy, content development, social media, campaign planning and agency management.
Experience developing commercial collateral to support sales and client engagement.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and performance reporting.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
