Our branch in Seven is looking for a
Driver/Warehouse Assistant
who is passionate about customer service and building strong relationships with our trade customers. What can you expect in this role?
Tipper Delivery Driving -
Comfortable to drive on Sydney roads
.
The ability to load, strap down and deliver items to site safely. (car license required)
Warehousing duties
- Includes packing orders, receiving incoming goods, Tipper (delivery) driving, manual production/machine operating.
Relationship Building
- Maintaining a professional, friendly presence that keeps customers coming back.
Product Knowledge
- developing a strong understanding of our range of concrete reinforcement, accessories, and tools to confidently advise customers
Store Presentation
- keeping the trade counter and showroom tidy, well-stocked, and well-presented
Sales & Customer Service
- greeting customers at the trade counter, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right products and solutions
Order Processing
- quoting, processing sales orders, and handling phone and counter enquiries efficiently
Teamwork
- supporting the branch team, embracing Oriem's values, policies, and procedures,



and pitching in with picking/packing or loading when needed
This is a true all-rounder position with genuine room to grow. You'll have the chance to build skills and take on responsibilities across
warehousing, production, and deliveries/driving
, giving you exposure to the full end-to-end operation and a clear path to develop within the business.
Location:
Seven Hills
Hours:
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday 7:00am - 11:00am (rotating fortnightly)
Our ideal team member:
You don't need industry experience, but to be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a genuine passion for sales and customer service is essential, along with confidence, initiative, and a proactive attitude. You'll receive full on-the-job training in our products and systems.
A driver's license is essential. A forklift license and general computer skills are an advantage but not essential. Our business is focused on driving the success of our customers through end-to-end supply solutions and great customer service every step of the way.
