APS5 Investigations Officer | Regulatory Compliance
Support regulatory investigations in a major Australian Government environment, analysing financial information, identifying potential non-compliance and contributing to targeted compliance strategies.

Essential Tasks:
Gather, analyse and document information supporting regulatory investigations.
Review documents and financial information to identify gaps, issues and compliance risks.
Use data and intelligence tools to identify high-risk behaviours and non-compliance indicators.
Prepare explicit briefing materials, reports, correspondence and advice for decision-makers.
Key Criteria:
Experience supporting compliance, financial audit, quality assurance or similar structured work.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Certificate IV in Government Investigations, or willingness to undertake it, is highly desirable.
