Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers in a hands-on position with full ownership of the branch's performance. You will drive growth of the existing client base organically and with new clients, with Business Development as a key requirement. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and team performance while ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture. A background in Industrial Labour Hire will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities
Drive sales growth, market share, and gross profit performance
Manage and retain existing clients while generating new business opportunities
Oversee and optimise consulting and account management functions
Lead, mentor, and manage staff performance, including regular reviews
P&L; responsibility and accountability
Manage branch expenditure and financial planning, including annual budgeting and forecasting
Lead recruitment processes including interviewing and onboarding recent staff




Facilitate weekly reporting and monthly team meetings
Build strong client relationships, including occasional after-hours engagement
About you
Proven experience in a management role in a Recruitment / Labour Hire company preferred
Strong background in Account Management and Recruitment/Consulting
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a manager or show you can progress to a business manager position
Excellent communication and people skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and drive results
Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
Recruiting systems and compliance knowledge.
