Psychosocial Risk Manager
for a specialist contract opportunity within a large and complex organisation undergoing significant organisational change.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychosocial risk specialist to take ownership of
psychosocial risk assessment, governance, assurance and control implementation
across a major transformation program.
About the Role
Leading
psychosocial risk assessments
across organisational change initiatives.
Developing and maintaining psychosocial risk management processes and methodologies.
Advising on
organisational restructuring, workforce change, workload, consultation and wellbeing risks
.
Overseeing psychosocial risk controls and action plans.
Providing expert advice to
senior leaders, Directors and General Managers
.
Supporting consultation with HSRs, employees and unions.
Engaging with
regulators, legal advisors and external specialists
.
Leading assurance activities and monitoring control effectiveness.
Preparing executive reporting and governance papers.
Analysing psychosocial risk and wellbeing data to identify trends and emerging risks.
Supporting psychosocial incident and hazard management.
Coaching leaders and HSW professionals on psychosocial risk management.

About the RoleYou will provide specialist advice and practical support across psychosocial risk management, working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading
psychosocial risk assessments
across organisational change initiatives.
Developing and maintaining psychosocial risk management processes and methodologies.
Advising on
organisational restructuring, workforce change, workload, consultation and wellbeing risks
.

We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in
psychosocial risk management
who can confidently operate in a complex, high-change environment.
You will ideally have:
Strong experience conducting
psychosocial risk assessments
.
Expert knowledge of
WHS legislation and psychosocial risk management
.
Strong understanding of the
SafeWork NSW Code of Practice – Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work
.
Experience working in
large, complex organisations undergoing significant change
.
Experience managing sensitive and high-risk psychosocial matters.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Experience engaging with
regulators and governance bodies
.
Strong project governance and change management capability.
The ability to translate legislation and technical requirements into
practical workplace solutions
.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

within a significant organisational change program, providing expert guidance on psychosocial risk and helping ensure appropriate controls are identified, implemented and monitored.
