Summer Springs is seeking an operational leader to head the Dubbo depot, overseeing five drivers, one warehouse team member and a fleet of five trucks. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll drive performance across people, routes, customers, costs and service, with no nights or weekend work.
You'll spend time coaching the team, improving operations, and using data to make smarter decisions while staying close to day-to-day activity and occasional driving or training duties.
