Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect
with strong expertise in
Salesforce CRM, Communications Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), and Telecom
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solution design, technical architecture, implementation, and legacy CRM migration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
technical architecture and implementation
of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
Design scalable solutions using
Salesforce Industries / Vlocity
for Telecom clients.
Work across
CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM
capabilities.
Design and develop solutions using
OmniStudio
tools, including
OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Cards Framework
.
Provide technical leadership throughout the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
Design integrations and solutions using
APIs, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
.
Support migration from
legacy CRM/platforms to Salesforce Communications Cloud/Vlocity
.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.




Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
Overall Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
5+ years
of hands-on implementation experience with
Salesforce Communications Cloud
.
Strong understanding of the
Telecommunications industry
and related business processes.
At least
one end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementation
, preferably in Telecom.
Strong knowledge of:
CPQ
Order Management
EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
Solid experience with
OmniStudio
, including:
OmniScripts
DataRaptors
Cards Framework
Strong Salesforce development knowledge across
Apex, SOQL/SQL, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, and JSON
.
Hands‐on experience with
SOAP and REST APIs
and Salesforce integrations.
Experience leading or supporting
legacy CRM/platform migration to Salesforce/Vlocity
.
Strong technical design, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
