Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is seeking an AHP2 Exercise Physiologist to deliver client-centred exercise physiology services across the community, targeting chronic conditions and hospital avoidance.
You'll work in a multidisciplinary team with adaptable, part-time hours under a temporary contract (up to 30 June ****) across Yorke and Mid North locations, with regional incentives and pro rata salary between $94,997 and $110,052 per annum.
