The Northern Land Council is seeking a Workplace Relations Business Partner to advise employees and people leaders on employment matters, including probation, performance, conduct, grievances, complaints and separations. You will manage a diverse caseload and help resolve concerns fairly, drafting descriptions and supporting investigations.
You will contribute to policy improvements, facilitate learning with stakeholders and travel to remote communities to work with regional and ranger teams.
