The role:
Cover Property Managers during annual and sick leave.
Manage portfolios of approximately
******* properties
during leave coverage.
Troubleshoot issues and provide operational support to the PM team.
Assist with leasing and reception/front of house when required.
Support staff training and onboarding.
Assist the General Manager with KPI reporting and compliance.
Provide day-to-day support across the office.
Office-based position | Immediate start preferred.
About you:
Strong property management experience.
QCAT experience is essential.
Good working knowledge of
PropertyMe
.
Proactive, adaptable and confident stepping into different portfolios.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Organised and efficient, with excellent time management.
Team-focused with a great sense of humour.
