Impact Talent is seeking an Account Manager to be the main point of contact for a portfolio of SME and commercial clients. You will manage renewals, liaise with insurers and underwriters, and support clients through the claims process, while maintaining accurate records and robust compliance.
You will bring at least 1 year in an insurance brokerage, solid knowledge of commercial lines, great communication and a client-first mindset, plus proficiency with broking systems and MS Office.
