Maintenance Fitter – Afternoon Shift – FMCG Manufacturing
Rate: $***** per hour – Inclusive of 15% shift loading
Shift: Monday–Friday, Afternoon Shift
Hours: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Overtime:HEAPS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established manufacturing site on afternoon shift.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
Responding to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault finding
Mechanical repairs,
servicing and equipment adjustments
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Working closely with production and the wider maintenance team
Ensuring machinery is operating safely and efficiently
Maintaining a high standard of safety and housekeeping
About You
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter with:
Previous maintenance experience within FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing
Strong mechanical fault-finding ability
Experience working with automated production machinery
A proactive approach to preventative maintenance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in building a long-term career within manufacturing
