We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director Development Services to provide high-level executive and administrative support while leading a small administration team. What You'll Do
Provide proactive executive support to the Director, including diary management, correspondence, workflow coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Lead and support the Development Services Administration team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and customer service standards are maintained.
Coordinate meetings, reports, projects and Directorate activities while maintaining accurate records and administrative systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee key administrative processes, reporting requirements and financial administration activities.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive or administrative support to a senior manager, executive, director or leadership team within a complex organisation.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex schedules and consistently meet deadlines.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and engage confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
Proven ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and use sound judgement when handling sensitive information and executive matters.
