You will lead a senior team spanning Commercial, Finance, Field Sales, reward, and HR systems, partnering with Director-level stakeholders to drive people priorities.
You will guide remuneration, workforce analytics, and system governance, oversee the HRIS roadmap including SuccessFactors, and steer talent, performance, change, and ER/IR
