About the Role




We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in community and NDIS settings. This role involves working with participants with complex and high-care needs, supporting their health, independence, and overall wellbeing.
A minimum of 1-2 years of registered nursing experience is required for this position.
A Working with Children Check is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in community settings
Provide catheter care, maintenance and management (SPC/IDC)
Provide stoma care and management
Conduct continence assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications, including IV therapy
Support diabetes and chronic disease management
Deliver PEG care and enteral feeding support
Perform complex wound care, assessments and treatment
Monitor client conditions and complete clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and clinical governanceTrain, supervise, and support care staff and Support Workers
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in community nursing and/or NDIS preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Competency in wound care, catheter care, PEG management, and medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
Any valid work visa is acceptable for this position
