Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the pharmacy team provides a comprehensive patient-focused service for all Peter Mac patients, ensuring the protected and timely delivery of all treatments, including clinical trials. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and collaboration, the team contributes directly to advancing cancer treatment through research and improving outcomes - keeping patient care at the centre of everything we do.**About the role**As a Grade 3 Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for developing and managing the efficient provision of outpatients dispensary services, maintaining seamless continual daily operations. In this role,
you will not only support pharmacists' training and professional development plans, including credentialing of staff and ensuring minimum practice standards are met, but also ensuring strict compliance with ongoing and evolving safety regulations, and national legislation and standards.In conjunction with other members of the team, you will:• Work in a busy, team-based environment• Striving towards providing excellent patient care• Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records• Uphold excellence in pharmacy standards and practice• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, regulations, policies, and quality standardsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join Peter Mac's Pharmacy team, where you will be supported to expand your skills and expertise in a dynamic hospital environment at the forefront of cancer treatment and research.**About you**You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.You'll bring with you:• AHPRA registration, or be eligible for registration.• Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills.• Previous experience in oncology pharmacy practice is highly desirable.**Our benefits**We offer a range of benefits which support our people both personally and professionally,
