We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a busy production operation and drive performance across people, productivity, quality, and safety.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating day-to-day operations, leading production teams, and ensuring targets are achieved efficiently and safely. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‐paced environments and has a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams.
Translate production requirements into explicit schedules and daily priorities.
Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and workflow to maximise efficiency.
Monitor productivity, output, downtime, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve capacity.
Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.




Ensure quality standards are maintained across all operational activities.
Report operational performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
About You
Proven experience managing operations, production, manufacturing, or similar environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
A track record of improving productivity and operational performance.
Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
