About theRole
We have a number o fexciting opportunities for experienced Legal Assistants to joinour Sydney office. In this role, you will provide high-leveladministrative support to a busy legal team, ensuring thesmooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Yourresponsibilities will include document drafting andpreparation, billing, court filings, diary and inboxmanagement, travel coordination, and a variety of otheradministrative tasks as required.

About You
You are an experienced LegalAssistant with a minimum of three years' experienceproviding high-level support in a quick-paced professionalenvironment. Highly organised and proactive, you thriveunder pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and areconfident managing competing priorities with minimalsupervision.
With a professional and client-focused approach, you buildstrong relationships and communicate effectively with a broadrange of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You areconfident, approachable, and take pride in deliveringexceptional service.
Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a collaborativeand supportive team. You bring a positive attitude, strong workethic, and energetic approach to everything you do,contributing to a culture where people work together to achievegreat outcomes.
