Flicket, a fast-growing event ticketing platform, is seeking a Client Success Manager to champion clients' success. You will support clients from day one of onboarding through event execution, helping them maximise the capabilities of Flicket across world-class events in the USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia.
Key responsibilities
Onboard and empower new customers by leading them through a smooth onboarding process, training and upskilling them on every Flicket feature
Provide ongoing account management as a proactive partner for event organisers, scheduling regular check-ins and providing support and best practices
Drive customer success and retention by serving as a trusted advisor obsessed with client success, keeping customers engaged and happy
Ensure seamless event execution from planning to showtime, leveraging live events knowledge to help clients deliver smooth, unforgettable experiences using Flicket
Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new features or services and work with them to expand their use of Flicket
Track and report on key metrics like customer retention, platform utilisation rates, and NPS scores, using data to strategise improvements
About you
Strong background in live events such as event operations, ticketing, or venue management
Experience managing B2B client relationships and driving customer engagement




Top-notch communication skills with the ability to build rapport with event coordinators and executives
Ability to identify client needs and pitch solutions in a consultative manner
Data-driven and results-oriented, with understanding of retention rates, adoption metrics, and NPS
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
