Working alongside our Director and project leaders, you'll contribute to a varied portfolio of residential, housing, mixed-use, affordable housing, Seniors Housing, adaptive reuse, commercial and hospitality projects. You'll develop your skills across multiple stages of practice, from feasibility and concept through approvals, construction documentation and delivery. We value people who want to understand not only how a building is drawn, but why it is designed that way, how it is delivered and what makes it successful.
Key responsibilities
Design development, documentation and project delivery
Developing and coordinating high-quality Revit models and documentation
Participating in design reviews and collaborative problem-solving
Working with consultants and project teams to resolve design and technical challenges
Exposure to projects from feasibility and concept through approvals, construction documentation and delivery
Taking on increasing responsibility as your experience and capabilities develop
About you
A completed Masters of Architecture at Australian University
Minimum two years' full-time professional experience in architectural practice in Australia




Very good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
Good design sensibility, attention to detail and an interest in how buildings come together
Clear communication and a willingness to contribute ideas
Initiative, reliability and the ability to manage priorities
A positive, collaborative attitude and genuine ambition to develop your career
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Experience across residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality or adaptive reuse is valued
