Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences.
Key responsibilities
Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility with respect and dignity.
Performing household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and minor gardening.
Providing reliable transport to appointments and community outings.
Supporting social engagement and activities that contribute to client wellbeing.
