Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. About the role
As Mental Health Clinician – Perinatal and Parenting, your role is to develop, implement and support specialist early intervention, parenting and related services for families.
Your day to day duties may include:
Work with pregnant women, parents and caregivers to enhance their capacity to develop healthy and secure relationships with their child/ren.
Provide person-centered mental health case management to support and build on the strengths, resilience, cultural connections, and support networks of individuals, families, and community.
Using the IUIH mob-centered framework, work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support woman and families impacted by trauma.
Develop and support implementation of SEWB plans identified by women and families experiencing complex mental health and social emotional wellbeing challenges.
Support continuity of care for women and families through integration and linkages into other appropriate supports and services within the system of care and external services providers where required.
About you

Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
Current AHPRA Registration.
Relevant bachelor's degree qualification with appropriate membership (ACA, AASW, etc.).
Current Criminal History Check.
Current Working with Children's Check (Qld Blue Card).
