About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage an end-to-end recruitment portfolio across our Child and Family Services division, partnering closely with operational leaders to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent into frontline roles.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll have ownership of your portfolio and the autonomy to make it your own. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct interviews, influence hiring decisions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced and complex environment.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
What you will be doing
Managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across an allocated portfolio.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against role requirements.
Providing hiring recommendations and recruitment market insights.
Coordinating offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
Managing complex compliance requirements across multiple states and territories.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and practices.
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously in a busy environment.
You will bring:
Community services, disability, child and family services, allied health or healthcare recruitment experience would be highly regarded.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and competing priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and compliance focus.
The confidence to operate independently and take ownership of your portfolio.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
