Zoos Victoria invites applications for the role of Director Life Sciences. Reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Team, you will provide strategic leadership across Animal Care, Animal Health and Animal Planning to uphold world-class welfare and conservation outcomes.
You will lead a complex, regulated setting, shape the organisation's change narrative, drive integration of Life Sciences across sites, and advise the CEO and Board on performance, risk, and continuous improvement.
