ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Partnerships Development Officer, you will lead the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships that support both our mission and long-term sustainability. You'll work with corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders to unlock recent opportunities, funding streams, and collaborative initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Identifying and developing new partnership and funding opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
Creating compelling proposals and partnership pitches
Representing the organisation at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with program goals
Tracking partnership activity, income, and impact
Supporting storytelling, reporting, and partner engagement




WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, or a related field
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence in outreach, networking, and presenting
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Organised, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Alignment with our mission and values
Desirable
Experience in the not-for-profit sector
Grant writing or sponsorship experience
Existing network of relevant contacts
