About the Practice
North Brisbane Dental Clinic is a busy, privately owned general dental practice in Brisbane's inner north. Over the past 15 years, we've grown to be a busy 7 surgery practice with 9 dentists and 3 hygienists.
Our Clinicians provide all levels of general dental care, including orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic and implant dentistry, and everything in between.
Behind them is an exceptional team of hardworking support staff who are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and service.
We also have an on-site dental laboratory with a full digital setup, allowing us to make mouthguards, retainers, splints and most of our crowns in-house.




Tasks and responsibilities
We are searching for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our busy team.
The role will include:
Helping our patients feel comfortable, relaxed and well cared for.
Patient scheduling and appointment management.
Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience.
Answering phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries.
Billing and HICAPS processing.
Sterilising instruments when required.
Assisting with treatment room setup and shutdown when required.

You are qualified, friendly and have excellent communication skills.
You work well as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently and efficiently.
You have great initiative and pride yourself on doing all aspects of your role well.

You are happy to work a variety of shifts.
*Experience in the dental industry while helpful, is not essential.
