Work across early language, literacy, speech sound development, CAS, ASD, intellectual disability, AAC and sensory feeding, with caseloads matched to your experience, confidence and clinical interests.
Client Mix:
Medicare, NDIS and Private clients (increasing in referals), plus school-readiness,

Manageable Expectations:
Build gradually towards approximately five clients per day over three to six months, with protected non-face-to-face time.
Clinical Support & Development:
Choose fortnightly or monthly supervision, access quarterly specialist Speech Pathology sessions and participate in multidisciplinary training.
AAC & Assistive Technology:
Develop your skills with eye gaze, switches and alternative access systems using modern specialist equipment.
Experienced MDT:
Work alongside a Speech Pathology Team Lead with 17 years' experience, 2 Senior SP's, 2 New Grad SP's, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.
Admin Support:
Bookings, billing and service agreements are managed for you, with admin also helping coordinate families around changes to your working hours.
New Purpose-Built Clinic:
Eight clinical rooms, two large therapy gyms, meeting rooms, staff facilities and an open-plan team office.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
