Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapy Discipline Area Manager in Tasmania, based in Hobart or Launceston. You will lead our Occupational Therapists, maintain a clinical caseload of about 21 billable hours per week, and mentor clinicians to improve service quality while staying clinically active.
You will collaborate with operational and clinical leaders, develop career plans, deliver coaching, and ensure adherence to clinical policies and best-practice frameworks.
