Uniting Nambucca Heads is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred aged care for residents across a four-storey home. The role is permanent part time (20 hours per week) on a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends with morning, afternoon and night shifts.
You will lead care planning, provide clinical services, and collaborate with families and health professionals to ensure each resident's goals and wellbeing are met.
