Synergie Australia is hiring 10 experienced Call Centre Operators for a large public sector organisation in Parramatta. You will join a busy contact centre, complete comprehensive training and work on a rotating roster with in office work only.
Role requires 2–3 years in customer service. You will handle a variety of inquiries, manage emails, and work with internal systems once trained. Police Check is required and initial in-person interview will be conducted in Parramatta.
