Sedgwick seeks an HR Advisor to support employees and leaders across Australia and Recent Zealand within a global organisation. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years' HR experience who wants to deepen generalist HR expertise and contribute to key initiatives.
You'll work with the wider HR team across the employee lifecycle, compliance activities, and HR projects, gaining exposure to policy interpretation, onboarding, contracts and record-keeping.
