A well-established residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a large high-density residential project.
These are fast-paced sites with up to 80+ homes, so you'll need to be organised, energetic and comfortable managing multiple work fronts and a large site team.

The Role:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery, working with a robust team around you to keep the project moving.
You'll have the support of:
Site Supervisors
Leading Hands
Trainees
You'll be responsible for:
Managing site operations and programme




Coordinating trades and subcontractors
Driving productivity, quality and safety
Managing multiple work fronts across a large residential site
Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams
What You'll Bring:
Proven Site Management experience within residential construction
Experience managing high-volume or high-density residential projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, energetic and delivery-focused
Ability to manage large teams and multiple work fronts
Trade background preferred
