Head of P&P; - Commercial Partnering & Systems | 12 months FTC
Location: Sydney, NSW, AU
12 Month Fixed Term Contract | North Ryde based with flexible working options
Partner with Commercial leaders and across a workforce of ****+ (salaried & frontline) employees to build capability and drive performance
Lead HR system, workforce insights, governance and key people initiatives across ANZ

Reporting to the P&P; Director, you'll lead the People & Performance strategy across Tip Top's Commercial portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, capability and organisational effectiveness. You'll also provide leadership across people systems, workforce insights, remuneration governance and key people programs, helping to shape the future of our people agenda.
Leading a team of experienced P&P; professionals, you'll balance strategic business partnering with ownership of key people processes, systems and governance across the business
Purpose of the Role
Partner with senior Commercial leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance
Coach and influence leaders through organisational change and people challenges
Lead talent, succession, engagement and workforce planning initiatives
Oversee remuneration, reward and benefits administration and governance
Drive the ongoing evolution of People Hub (SAP SuccessFactors) and people systems
Use workforce insights and people analytics to support decision making
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing P&P; team
Ensure people processes are effective, well-governed and aligned to business needs
Support the ongoing development of a strong safety culture across our frontline sales workforce
Lead Enterprise Agreement strategy and industrial relations initiatives across the Commercial portfolio
About You
You're an experienced HR leader who combines strong commercial partnering capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive people outcomes.
You'll bring:
Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role
Proven success partnering with senior leaders to influence business performance, capability and organisational effectiveness
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
Experience leading people systems and HR technology, ideally including SuccessFactors or similar platforms
A solid understanding of remuneration, reward and benefits, with the confidence to support and influence key people decisions
Experience using workforce reporting, people analytics and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making
A track record of leading change, embedding new ways of working and driving continuous improvement
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of ER/IR and employment legislation
