TMR are seeking a dedicated AO3 Operations Support Officer in Buderim to deliver on our vision of Connected communities in a sustainable, thriving, and inclusive Queensland. This chance is available from 16 November **** to 12 November ****.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.




Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
Administering a range of passenger transport products, including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
Supporting the delivery of school transport services, including administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
