We are seeking a
reliable, motivated, and organized Finance Administration Assistant
to join our finance team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, administration and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy finance function.
About the Role
This is a part time role with a view to convert to full time in the future.
You will be working as part of our finance team and will assisting with a range of financial and administrative duties, including:
Accurate and efficient
data entry
Using
MYOB
for day-to-day finance administration
Assisting with
payroll processing
Preparing and processing
invoices
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing and following up
claims through various online portals
Maintaining
electronic and manual filing systems
Managing and reconciling bank accounts and
petty cash
General finance and administration support as required
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, dependable,



and motivated
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Accurate and efficient with data entry
Confident working with numbers and financial information
Experienced with
MYOB
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, friendly, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
Previous experience in in-home-care administration or finance will be highly regarded
