Are you a high-achieving psychology Honours graduate looking to gain meaningful clinical experience before applying for Masters training?
Sydney Cognitive Development Centre is seeking an exceptional psychology graduate to join our team in a unique role combining clinical administration, operations, and systems development.
This position is ideal for someone who has completed a four-year psychology degree (including Honours) and is looking to strengthen their experience within a private psychology practice while developing a deep understanding of assessment, clinical services, practice operations, and patient care.
This is not a standard administration role.
We are looking for someone highly intelligent, exceptionally organised, systems-oriented, and passionate about creating efficient processes. You will work closely with the Director of the practice and play an important role in helping improve the systems, workflows, and day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

About the Role
This role combines administration, operations, project work, and systems improvement.
Responsibilities
Managing enquiries and client bookings
Coordinating assessment appointments and documentation
Ensuring forms, reports, and clinical documents are organised correctly
Monitoring administrative workflows and identifying inefficiencies
Assisting with development of clinic procedures and manuals
Supporting implementation of automation systems and technology solutions
Improving client communication systems
Maintaining accurate records and quality-control processes
Working closely with clinicians to ensure smooth service delivery
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, organisation, and patient experience
Who We're Looking For
Completion of a four-year psychology degree
Robust academic record
Exceptional organisational skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
High level of computer literacy
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Highly Desirable
Experience working in a psychology or healthcare setting
Interest in systems design, workflow optimisation, and business operations
Experience with automation platforms, AI tools, or project management software
Strong executive functioning skills and ability to work independently
