Curis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Renal Registered Nurse to join a highly regarded Aboriginal Medical Service in Western Australia, on a permanent full time basis.

Job Details
Permanent full-time position working76 hours per fortnight
Salary of $110,****** per annum, plus 12% superannuation

Key Responsibilities
Manage a client caseload and deliver culturally safe nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and best-practice guidelines
Provide holistic, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team
Complete clinical assessments and make appropriate referrals when required
Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
Provide education and support to clients and their families
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Renal Health Centre




Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional nursing standards
About the Role
You will be joining a fantastic renal service providing essential haemodialysis and renal healthcare. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced clinical team while helping clients manage chronic and end-stage kidney disease.
The role is suited to a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who values culturally safe care, clinical excellence and collaborative practice.

To be eligible you must have
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
Minimum of 18 months recent Renal Nursing experience
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to culturally safe and person-centred nursing care
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
