UNE Course Advising is seeking a dedicated Access and Triage Coordinator to empower students navigating the university and its support network. You will engage with students and colleagues to deliver trauma-informed, non-academic support across CAPS, SAWO and Course Advising.
You will assess student circumstances, identify urgency, and determine appropriate pathways, with a focus on students from low SES backgrounds and equity cohorts.
