It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. What are we looking for?
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable support workers in Bossley and Horsley Park to join our mission of setting a new standard for support. Hireup support workers are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability and older Australians, and are committed to high standards of quality.
Your background
We are currently seeking support workers who have hands-on experience with the following supports
Manual handling (including hoisting)
Personal care
Medication and Mealtime Management
Transport support
Strong understanding of Person-Centred Active Support (PCAS) and ability to demonstrate this in practice.
A range of shifts are available.
We are seeking workers who are available for up to 20 hours of casual support work per week.
Mandatory documents required
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Full First Aid




Right to work in Australia
National Police Check - Completed within the past 24 months
Full Australian Driver's Licence
