ISS Facility Services Australia and Recent Zealand is hiring a Head Chef in Perth for a FIFO 8:6 roster. Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner while upholding ISS standards of safety and quality in a remote mining village setting.
Ideal candidates will hold an Australian Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher and have proven experience in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet service. Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
