Sales Assistant – Banjo's Rockhampton
Banjo's Rockhampton continues to grow, and as we get busier we're looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team.
Whether you're a school leaver, already working in retail or hospitality, or simply looking for your next prospect, we'd love to hear from people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a busy team.
We have part-time and full-time positions available.
About the role
As a Sales Assistant you'll be part of our front of house team, providing friendly and efficient customer service while helping keep the store running smoothly.
Your day would include serving customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and food, maintaining presentation and cleanliness, restocking, and working alongside the team during busy periods.
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys providing great customer service
Is friendly, positive and confident communicating with customers
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable and willing to learn
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and consistency
Is happy to work weekends and public holidays
Is available to work afternoons and evenings, including shifts up to 7:30pm
Has reliable transport to and from work
Previous retail or hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential
