Eastern Health is offering a 0.8 EFT fixed-term Clinical Support Nurse role for Transition to Practice across multiple sites in Melbourne's east. The position supports graduate and early career nurses, providing direct clinical mentoring and education within nursing rotations.
You will co-facilitate study days, assist with bulk recruitment and contribute to high-quality care in a diverse team. AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing are essential expectations.
