Building Talent Recruitment – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead urban development projects with autonomy and hands-on design ownership. You will mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, and work across Defence, Data Centres, Social Infrastructure, Education and Healthcare sectors.
Role can be based in Newcastle or Sydney CBD offices, with up to 2 days per week WFH and adaptable start/finish times.
